Vintage Radio: Crime-Detective

Danger, Dr. Danfield

Danger, Dr. Danfield, a crime detective series, was first broadcast from 1946 to 1947. The show starred Michael Dunn as Dr. Danfield, with Joanne Johnson as his secretary. The series was written by Ralph Wilkinson and produced by Wally Ramsey. It drew lukewarm ratings over its less than one year run on the air.

This series follows a conventional crime-detective formula. With Its mediocre acting, the series is considered a run-of-the-mill crime melodrama.
